This Privacy Policy describes how SS SOFTECH (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the BlockZen Puzzle mobile application (the “App”) on iOS devices.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information Stored on Your Device
The App stores certain data locally on your device using Apple’s standard storage mechanisms (for example, `UserDefaults`). This may include:
- Game progress, level progress, and saved game state
- High scores, daily challenge progress, achievements, and win streaks
- In-app preferences (such as sound, music, and haptics settings)
- Selected themes, unlocked themes, and coin balance
- Whether you have completed onboarding
- Purchase-related flags (such as premium status, ad removal, or unlocked features)
This information stays on your device unless you choose to use online features described below.
1.2 Apple Game Center (Optional)
If you sign in to Apple Game Center, we may receive and use your Game Center display name and leaderboard scores you submit through the App.
Game Center is provided by Apple Inc. Apple’s handling of your data is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy.
1.3 In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
If you make in-app purchases or subscribe to BlockZen Plus (monthly or yearly), Premium Lifetime, Remove Ads, or other offerings, transactions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your payment card or banking details. Apple may provide us with purchase confirmation and entitlement status so we can unlock features in the App.
1.4 Advertising
The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob (Google LLC), including banner and rewarded video ads, unless you have an entitlement that removes ads (such as Remove Ads, BlockZen Plus, or Premium Lifetime).
When ads are shown, Google and its partners may collect information such as:
- Device identifiers (for example, advertising identifier where permitted)
- IP address and general location (country/region level)
- App and ad interaction data
- Technical information (device type, OS version, language)
In regions where required, the App uses Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to obtain or manage your consent for personalized advertising.

1.5 Information We Do Not Collect Directly
The App does not require you to create an account with us. We do not knowingly collect your name, email address, or phone number through the App itself, precise GPS location, or photos, contacts, or microphone/camera content.
If you contact us by email (see Section 10), we will receive the information you choose to send.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Operate and improve the App and gameplay experience
- Save your progress, settings, and purchases on your device
- Submit scores to Game Center leaderboards when you are signed in
- Display ads and measure ad performance (unless ads are removed)
- Honor in-app purchase and subscription entitlements
- Respond to support requests and comply with legal obligations
3. How We Share Information

4. Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
5. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of your personal information.
On your device:
- Adjust ad tracking: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking (iOS)
- Reset advertising identifier: Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising
- Disable Game Center: sign out in Settings → Game Center
- Remove the App to delete locally stored App data
Advertising consent: Where the UMP consent flow is shown, follow the on-screen options to accept or decline personalized ads as offered.
Remove ads: You may purchase Remove Ads, subscribe to BlockZen Plus, or purchase Premium Lifetime to stop display of AdMob banner and rewarded ads, depending on the product you choose.

6. Data Retention
- Local app data remains on your device until you delete the App or clear its data.
- Game Center data is retained according to Apple’s policies.
- Ad and analytics data retained by Google is governed by Google’s policies.
- Support emails are kept only as long as needed to resolve your request and meet legal obligations.
7. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect information within our control. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You use the App at your own risk.
8. International Users
The App may be used worldwide. If you use the App from outside your home country, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate, which may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy. For material changes, we may provide additional notice in the App or on our website where required by law.
